**Job Responsibilities**

As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading client onboarding calls, ensuring a smooth entry onto our Kyra platform, and tailoring deployment strategies to fit each client's unique circumstances. You'll also:

* Proactively address client challenges and prevent churn
* Drive end-to-end account growth and cultivate upsell opportunities
* Analyze campaign performance and uncover insights for future strategies
* Act as a trusted advisor and showcase the value of the platform to clients
* Translate client feedback into actionable insights for internal teams
* Manage client invoicing and reporting with attention to detail

**What We're Looking For**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* Minimum of 3 years of experience in client service management within an influencer agency
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Positive attitude and ability to maintain client relationships during challenging times
* College degree or equivalent educational background
* Proactive approach and forward-thinking mindset

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, experience in the influencer marketing industry and a strong track record as a Client Success Manager will give you a competitive edge in this role.
