**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for:
* Serving as the primary post-sales point of contact for small-middle business customers
* Developing a deep understanding of each customer's business objectives and industry challenges
* Utilizing in-depth product and industry knowledge to increase the adoption of arenaflex Acquire
* Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts
* Proactively engaging with customers to secure renewals and drive customer retention
* Collaborating closely with the Apple team on selected list of clients to drive further expansion and align on joint strategy
