**About the Role**

As a Customer Success & Operations Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our services to our clients. You'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support, technical coordination, and process improvement initiatives that drive operational efficiency and excellence. **Responsibilities**

As a Customer Success & Operations Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

* **Customer Support via Email**: Respond to customer inquiries with clarity and empathy, troubleshoot user issues, and guide them toward resolution.
* **Technical Coordination via Discord**: Serve as a liaison between the support and technical teams, track and communicate user-reported bugs, feedback, and feature requests, and facilitate team discussions, meetings, and hand-offs through Discord.
* **Process Improvement & Documentation**: Create and maintain SOPs, workflows, and internal guides, identify gaps in existing processes, and suggest improvements to ensure updates are communicated to relevant stakeholders.
* **Leadership & Team Collaboration (Preferred)**: Lead initiatives or small teams to improve operational efficiency, mentor new team members, and share best practices to foster a collaborative and results-driven environment.

**Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* **Strong written and spoken communication skills**: Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
* **Experience in customer service or helpdesk environments**: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support and resolving issues efficiently.
* **Familiarity with Discord and other collaboration tools**: Ability to effectively use Discord and other collaboration tools to facilitate team communication and coordination.
* **Ability to create and update internal documentation**: Strong writing and organizational skills to create and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
* **Proven track record of cross-functional coordination**: Ability to work effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders to achieve common goals.

**Preferred Qualifications**

* **Leadership experience**: Proven ability to lead initiatives or small teams to drive operational efficiency and excellence.
* **Google Sheets knowledge**: Familiarity with Google Sheets and ability to create and update spreadsheets to track and analyze data.
