**Job Summary**

As a Customer Support Advisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Fielding inquiries and addressing customer pain points in a timely and professional manner
* Maintaining extensive product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
* Delivering high-quality service in every customer interaction, ensuring a positive experience for our customers
* Conducting inbound and outbound calls, setting appointments, and performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
* Utilizing basic computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork and perform quality control tasks
* Participating in leadership development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

**Key Responsibilities**

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
* Address customer pain points and resolve issues in a fair and efficient manner
* Maintain extensive product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
* Conduct inbound and outbound calls to set appointments and perform presentations to members of unions
* Utilize basic computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork and perform quality control tasks
* Participate in leadership development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
* Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals and objectives

**Minimum Qualifications**

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum qualifications:

* 18+ years of age to meet our company's age requirement
* Must pass a background check to ensure your safety and the safety of our customers
* High school diploma (higher education preferred but not required)
