**Job Role and Responsibilities:**

As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for:

* Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
* Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries
* Working collaboratively with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and sales goals
* Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
* Escalating complex issues to senior team members or subject matter experts
* Documenting customer interactions and issues in our CRM system
* Participating in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills

**Work Schedule and Shifts:**

You will be working 6 days a week with 1 rotational week off, and shifts will be 24/7 rotational (day shifts for female candidates, 24/7 for male candidates). **Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you should:

* Be an undergraduate or graduate with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
* Be open to learning and growing with our team, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities
* Be available to start immediately and commit to a minimum of 6 months in the role
* Possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
* Be proficient in using CRM software and other customer service tools
* Have a strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices

**Essential Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in any field
* 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the BPO or IT industry
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience in the BPO or IT industry
* Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Fluency in multiple languages
