**Job Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring excellent customer service, addressing queries, and providing technical assistance. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner, primarily through phone communication
* Identifying customer needs and guiding them in utilizing specific features effectively
* Updating our internal databases with detailed information on technical issues and valuable customer interactions
* Monitoring customer complaints on social media platforms and proactively offering assistance to resolve issues
* Collaborating with team members by sharing feature requests and effective workarounds
* Keeping customers informed about new features and functionalities
* Collecting and analyzing customer feedback, and communicating insights to the Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
* Assisting in training and mentoring junior Customer Support Representatives
**Requirements and Skills**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Proven experience as a Customer Support Specialist or in a similar customer service role
* Familiarity with the banking, telecom, or related industry is a plus
* Proficiency in using help desk software and remote support tools
* Understanding of CRM systems and their functionality
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to multitask effectively
* Patience and composure when handling challenging customer cases
**Qualifications**
We're looking for candidates with:
* Graduation in any discipline or equivalent
* Fluent English communication skills are essential
* 0 to 8 years of experience in Customer Support or any international BPO
* Previous experience in the customer service industry will be advantageous
* Openness to work in night shifts or rotational shifts as required
