**Key Responsibilities:**

As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

* Supporting the delivery and utilization of work-life, employee assistance, and manager resources
* Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Conducting thorough assessments to identify customer needs and provide personalized support and resources
* Utilizing internal databases and online resources to identify potential suppliers and assets
* Entering customer data into the appropriate EAP system and maintaining accurate and complete documentation
* Collaborating with internal partners to ensure seamless support and resolve complex issues

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* 1+ years of customer care experience required
* 1+ years of call center experience required
* 1+ years of experience in a social, mental, or human services field providing customer support
* Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)

**Preferred Qualifications:**

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

* Mental health and human services foundation preferred
* Behavioral health experience preferred
* 1+ years of medical care experience preferred
* 1+ years of remote work experience preferred
* Insurance/clinical knowledge preferred

**Education:**

An Associate's degree or equivalent experience is required for this role.
