Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide prompt, effective, and friendly support to customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring their issues are resolved and their needs are met.
  • Resolve Customer Inquiries and Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex issues to senior support agents as needed.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

Education

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required

Skills and Experience
