**Customer Experience**

As our Customer Support Lead, you'll be the face of arenaflex, responsible for managing and optimizing our overall customer experience. Your primary focus will be on:

* **Customer Support Operations**: Oversee daily customer support operations to ensure timely, empathetic, and effective resolution of issues. This includes addressing inbound customer questions across channels, via chat, email, phone, and more.
* **Issue Identification and Resolution**: Proactively identify issues that could impact a customer's experience, such as weather and/or transportation delays. Analyze top customer pain points and relay key issues and ideas to the co-founders and rest of the team.
* **Team Leadership and Development**: Help establish performance goals and ensure team members are equipped with the tools and skills to meet them.

Be a team leader/coach and assist other agents with escalations and unique cases.
* **Special Projects**: Gain holistic business-building/startup experience by helping the co-founders & other directors with various projects and initiatives related to marketing, product, growth, and more.

**Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* **2+ years of work experience**, preferably in e-commerce and consumer brand experience.
* **A self-starter mentality**, with a strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
* **A positive, empathetic, and resilient personality**, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
* **Flexibility and adaptability**, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a changing environment.
* **Proficiency in Gorgias or similar customer support software**, with AI app experience a plus.
