Key Responsibilities
- Accept inbound calls and respond to questions regarding prescription coverage, drug inclusion, and mail order solutions
- Provide heart-driven support to plan members, offering solutions and guidance to improve their healthcare experience
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmacy benefit plans, policies, and procedures
- Adhere to HIPAA and legislative compliance requirements
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- PC proficiency in Windows-based applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
