Key Responsibilities

• Accept inbound calls and respond to questions regarding prescription coverage, drug inclusion, and mail order solutions
• Provide heart-driven support to plan members, offering solutions and guidance to improve their healthcare experience
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmacy benefit plans, policies, and procedures
• Adhere to HIPAA and legislative compliance requirements

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• PC proficiency in Windows-based applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
