**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Representative at Blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Serving as a liaison between customers and internal departments, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving product-related problems and questions
* Answering incoming customer calls, responding to inquiries, and providing technical support as needed
* Assisting customers with order status, product information, and pricing, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Informing customers of standard procedures and following up to ensure customer satisfaction
* Following a standardized order entry process to ensure 100% accuracy for all orders, as defined by Blithequark
* Initiating and tracking documentation to authorize and direct work according to customers' contractual obligations
* Demonstrating a high level of customer satisfaction, honesty, and integrity, while living the Blithequark brand and fostering true friendships with customers
* Building relationships and fostering teamwork with fellow team members, leadership, and individuals within other departments
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 2+ years of work experience in a customer-facing or customer support role
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Basic reading and math skills, with the ability to adhere to safety-related issues, including good housekeeping, ergonomics practices, documentation, and team concepts
* Ability to effectively demonstrate knowledge of modern office procedures, including the use of personal computers, fax machines, and copy machines
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
* PC literacy and experience with ERP systems, such as JDE, SAP, Sales Force, or Genesis
* Customer service experience, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional service and building customer loyalty
