**System Summary:**

As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:

* Processing new patient enrollment by entering information into our pharmacy information system
* Handling patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and entering refill orders for processing
* Investigating missing prescription data and deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes)
* Resolving all data entry-related exceptions
* Handling correspondence with patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and making outbound calls to prescribers and patients as necessary
* Resolving external exceptions by researching, gathering data, making amendments, and resubmitting for processing as per individual account requirements
* Making phone calls to guarantors and others to obtain information, obtain authorization, or otherwise resolve external exceptions
* Providing support to pharmacists, both in-office and at other locations
* Recognizing and escalating issues to senior-level staff as necessary

**Fundamental Capabilities:**

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following fundamental capabilities:

* Essential level computer skills, including:
+ Starting and closing a computer
+ Using a mouse to point and click
+ Starting and closing programs
+ Switching between programs
+ Saving files
+ Printing documents
+ Accessing data online
* Essential web browser skills, including:
+ Opening a browser
+ Typing URLs in the address bar
+ Using a search engine
+ Bookmarking a website
+ Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons
+ Completing online forms

**Preferred Capabilities:**

While not required, the following preferred capabilities will make you a strong candidate for this role:

* Experience providing customer support to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction
* Moderate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing documents)
* Familiarity with Spanish and English
