**Job Responsibilities:**

As a Customer Support Representative / Contact Center Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

* **Email & Chat Support:** Respond to and complete all assigned email and chat messages, addressing customer questions and issues in a clear and concise manner. Properly enter customer information and resolution in the appropriate ticketing system.
* **Skill Improvement:** Continuously strive to improve your cognitive and customer service skills, including proficiency with supported products, demonstrated problem-solving ability, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Stay up-to-date with support resources provided by arenaflex and its clients.
* **Communication:** Provide feedback on support issues, resolutions, or suggestions to your immediate supervisor or department manager. Communicate trends, issues, and appropriate solutions to supervisors and management.
* **Support Coworkers:** Offer procedural advice and assistance to other representatives to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
* **Client Relationships:** Maintain positive working relationships with support clients, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
* **Productivity and Accuracy:** Maintain departmental productivity standards while exhibiting accuracy in the applicable ticketing system.
