**Responsibilities**

As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

* Assisting customers with inquiries regarding their account balances, withdrawals, and fund transfers
* Providing outstanding customer service through various communication channels, including voice and digital
* Participating in training to develop skills necessary for engaging with customers effectively
* Supporting customers in understanding their 401K plans and related services
* Engaging in team activities and well-being support during work hours

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Resolve customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner

* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* Ability to establish rapport and relationships through effective communication

* Ability to type 40 words per minute and pass a standard English grammar test
