**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Delivering concierge-style support to our customers through various channels, including email, chat, and external phone calls
* Responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Providing feedback on recurring trends or questions customers may have, as well as suggestions for improving the overall customer experience
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support
* Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous customer service experience in a startup or technology environment (preferably with a SaaS company)
* Experience working with digital platforms and SaaS products
* Proficiency in Salesforce or other similar customer service platforms
* Adaptable and confident in picking up new software
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A bias to action and a clear understanding of urgency
* Strong attention to detail
* Proactive and positive when approaching problems and finding solutions
**Minimum Qualifications**
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
* A Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* One (1) year's work experience
* Experience working with inbound and outbound calls, customer retention, and inside sales (preferably)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Comfortable working in a high-volume role
* Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
* Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, experience with the following would be a plus:
* Experience working with arenaflex's digital SaaS product suite
* Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
* Familiarity with arenaflex's customer service platforms and tools

**Compensation and Benefits**

* Annual salary range: $41,082 - $61,622
