**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced customer support representative to join our global customer support team in Mexico City, Mexico. As a customer support representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving complex issues, and providing timely and accurate solutions to our subscribers. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
**Key Responsibilities**

* Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service
* 3+ years of experience in customer support, sales, or a related field
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, patience, and understanding
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a global customer support environment
