**Job Summary:**

We're looking for an experienced customer support representative to join our global team in Mexico City, Mexico. As a key member of our customer service content method team, you'll be responsible for driving initiatives to improve the performance and effectiveness of support content. You'll work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure timely delivery of high-quality support content that meets the needs of our customers and support sellers.

**Responsibilities:**

As a customer support representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Providing exceptional customer service through written and verbal communication, including emails, chats, and phone calls
* Troubleshooting customer issues and finding solutions or workarounds to resolve them
* Demonstrating empathy and patience when dealing with frustrated or dissatisfied customers
* Having a thorough understanding of arenaflex's products, services, and subscription plans
* Multitasking and handling multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
* Documenting customer interactions, problems, and resolutions to track trends and improve procedures
* Staying adaptable and open to learning new technologies and methods

**Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., communications, customer service, or a related field)
* Three+ years of experience in customer support or a related field
* Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
* Ability to manage complex tasks across multiple teams
* Customer support and/or editorial experience is a plus
* Preferred traits include being unbiased, a problem solver, curious, action-oriented, able to handle pressure upgrades, strong relationship builder, superior communication skills, highly adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
