**Job Summary**

As an Experienced Customer Support Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving complex issues, and driving business growth through strategic partnerships and collaborations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and marketing, to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and implement strategies that drive business results.

**Key Responsibilities**

* 20% Strategy and Planning:
+ Identify and analyze customer needs to inform product development and business strategy
+ Develop and implement plans to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and implement strategies
* 60% Delivery and Execution:
+ Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, chat, and other channels
+ Resolve complex customer issues, escalate when necessary, and follow up to ensure resolution
+ Develop and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
+ Collaborate with product development teams to identify and prioritize product features and enhancements
* 20% Individuals:
+ Foster collaboration and teamwork across departments to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction

+ Identify and address opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains

**Essential Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communications)
* 0-1 years of experience in customer support, sales, or a related field
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

**Preferred Qualifications**

* 0-1 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
