**Project Overview**
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be working on a project that requires 24/7 support via phone, ticket, and chat for various industries. Our workflows are well-scripted and easy to follow, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients' customers. You'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including some of the coolest brands around the world, such as Spotify, VSCO, Vimeo, and Tourism Ireland.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, chat, and ticket, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer concerns
* Utilize well-scripted workflows and scripts to guide customers to the right answers and solutions
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide proactive support
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1+ year of customer support experience in a similar role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer bases
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in using computer software and hardware, including Windows 10 or above
* Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to take calls
* Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on phone

* Familiarity with customer support software and tools, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
* Certification in customer support or a related field
* Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages
