Key Responsibilities
As a Ramp Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting cargo, mail, and freight to and from aircraft, ensuring timely connections and directing incoming and departing aircraft from gate positions.
- Protecting freight, cargo, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions.
- Safely operating and driving ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in congested areas.
- Utilizing equipment and computers to ensure accurate scanning and sorting of cargo and freight to its final destination.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve operational goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
