**What You'll Do:**

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Responding to inbound calls and emails to troubleshoot, research, and resolve product issues
* Documenting interactions and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems
* Collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve technical issues
* Educating customers on product usage and ensuring satisfaction throughout their experience
* Maintaining productivity standards in a fast-paced, high-impact environment

**What We're Looking For:**

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and personal qualities. We're looking for individuals who are:

* Experienced in customer support or technical support, preferably in healthcare or medical devices (2+ years of experience required)
* Comfortable working remotely with a dedicated home workstation
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus)

* Available to work between 7:00am and 8:00pm (schedule may vary)
