**Job Summary**

As an Experienced Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. You'll be part of a dynamic and diverse team of individuals who are committed to meeting and exceeding customer expectations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, providing product information, troubleshooting issues, and processing returns or refunds.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
* Assist customers with product-related questions and concerns
* Process returns, refunds, and exchanges as necessary
* Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
* Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues
* Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs

**Requirements**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple software applications
* Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus but not required

**Educational Qualifications**

High school diploma or equivalent is required. Higher education is a plus, but not mandatory.

**Experience**

Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required. All training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.
