**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for crafting exceptional travel experiences for our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Researching, creating, and executing exceptional itineraries catering to client preferences
* Reviewing individual needs and wants to tailor trips specifically designed to meet their requirements
* Participating in ongoing training to earn and maintain travel certification
* Attending webinars with vendors and suppliers to specialize in specific destinations

* Providing suggested budgets for clients and planning trips within budget constraints
* Creating promotional materials for effective marketing
* Staying updated on changes within the tourism industry, including travel restrictions

* Participating in Familiarization (FAM) trips when possible

**Essential Qualifications**

To succeed as a Customer Support Representative, you'll need:

* To be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US
* Fluency in English is required
* Effective communication skills with a strong sales background as a plus
* A smartphone with internet access required; laptop recommended but not mandatory
