**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat
* Assisting callers with scheduling transportation to and from appointments, medical, pharmacy, etc.
* Administering non-emergent medical transportation benefits for members
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Maintaining accurate records and data entry
* Working collaboratively with our team to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Excellent written and verbal language skills in English
* A passion for outstanding customer focus
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Six months of contact center experience or customer service experience with heavy phone volume and data entry
* Ability to navigate ambiguous customer situations
* Strong listening skills and attention to customer needs
* Skilled at customer engagement
* Ability to maintain composure across a variety of customer and peer interactions
* Ability to work independently with limited supervision
* Ability to type in excess of 45 WPM with 95% accuracy
* Ability to work a schedule from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm (Central) within a 7-day work week, including holidays, with additional flexibility during high volume times of the year
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment
* Familiarity with customer service software and tools
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with a team
**Additional Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you must:
* Have a private workspace in your house with a door, where ambient noise can be minimized during work hours
* Provide an ergonomic desk and chair
* Have high-speed internet service meeting minimum bandwidth requirements of 10 mbps downstream and 2 mbps upstream
* Be a self-starter who is comfortable in an environment remote from co-workers and managers
