**The Role**
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional support to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing accurate information about new bookings, rebooking's, and cancellation options for air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and more
* Finding solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
