**Job Summary**
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through live chat, email, and other channels. You'll troubleshoot and resolve order-related issues with empathy, recommend relevant products, and collect feedback to help shape the support experience of our company. This is a part-time role, with three 10-hour shifts on Saturdays and Sundays.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and other channels, providing timely and accurate solutions to their queries.
* Troubleshoot and resolve order-related issues with empathy, ensuring that customers are satisfied with their experience.
* Recommend relevant products and services to customers, based on their needs and preferences.

**Requirements**
We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who can provide exceptional customer support. Here are the key requirements for this role:
* **1–2 years of customer support or service experience**: You'll have a proven track record of providing top-notch support to customers, with a focus on empathy and problem-solving.
* **Clear, professional writing and strong problem-solving skills**: You'll be able to communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, and resolve complex issues with ease.
* **Organized, detail-oriented, and great at multitasking**: You'll be able to manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* **Experience with Intercom or food delivery apps is a plus**: While not essential, experience with these platforms will be beneficial in providing exceptional support to our customers.
