**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)**

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

* **Documentation and Configuration**: You'll create and maintain documentation of processes and configurations for our SaaS products, ensuring that our clients have easy access to the information they need.
* **Tier 2 Support**: You'll provide in-depth support for application issues, identifying root causes and proposing effective solutions to resolve client concerns.
* **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: You'll engage in regular dialogue with our development team to prioritize feature requests and client implementations, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
* **Data Management**: You'll utilize SQL for data management tasks, including importing and exporting data, to help our clients get the most out of our products.

**What We're Looking For (Qualifications)**

To succeed as a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:

* **Bachelor's Degree or Higher**: A degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is required.
* **SQL Experience**: You'll need at least 4 years of experience with SQL, including knowledge of select statements, complex joins, and data management.
* **Customer Service Skills**: Proven ability to provide positive customer service and effective communication skills are essential.
* **Data Management Skills**: Solid experience in data management using Excel, Access, and MS SQL Server is required.
* **Organizational Skills**: Excellent organizational skills are necessary to handle multiple customer support issues effectively.

**How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)**

While not required, the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate:

* **Technical Support Experience**: 3+ years of experience in a technical customer support or client support role, ideally as a Business Analyst or similar.
* **ASCII and EDI Knowledge**: Knowledge of ASCII and EDI is desirable.
* **JIRA and MS Project Experience**: Familiarity with JIRA for project management and experience with MS Project or equivalent software are preferred.
* **SaaS Experience**: Experience with SaaS delivered applications is a plus.
