**Job Description**

As a Live Chat and Email Agent with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Answering incoming chats and emails from customers in a timely and professional manner
* Assisting customers with troubleshooting and servicing covered products

* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
