We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused Remote Live Chat Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing real-time assistance to our customers through live chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. **Responsibilities**

As a Remote Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

* Responding promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, providing accurate information and solutions to their questions or concerns.
* Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer-centric approach in all interactions.
* Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues efficiently, escalating complex queries to appropriate teams when necessary.
* Documenting customer interactions, feedback, and issues in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
* Collaborating with team members and other departments to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide informed support.
