We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our part-time remote team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems in a timely and professional manner. **Key Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with soft drink fountain machines, refrigeration equipment, and other related equipment
* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on soft drink fountain machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed
* Investigate and resolve issues with pop fountain equipment, including identifying and reporting defects or malfunctions
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
* Develop and maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude, providing exceptional service and support to customers

**Essential Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent degree/certificate
* Valid driver's license
* Technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems and equipment
* Ability to lift 50 pounds
* Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, technical support, business administration)
* Previous experience in customer support, technical support, or a related field
* Knowledge of soft drink fountain machines and refrigeration equipment
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
