**Job Summary**
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients via phone calls, email, and other communication channels. You'll be the go-to resource for clients seeking guidance on our software, business operations, and industry-specific challenges. **Responsibilities**
* Answer questions and provide guidance to clients via phone calls, email, and other communication channels
* Go above and beyond to help clients navigate the complexities of our industry and resolve their issues
* Take ownership of your role as an individual contributor and as a member of our team
* Collaborate with other customer service groups to ensure seamless support and exceptional client experiences
* Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our software, business operations, and industry-specific challenges
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to provide expert advice and guidance to clients
**Requirements**
* Treat others with respect, empathy, and kindness

* Strong customer service skills, with a focus on clear and concise communication
* Type at least 45 words per minute
* Strong computer skills, with experience working in online environments
* Internet Requirements: 4 MB up and 10 MB down (satellite internet not recommended)
