**Job Responsibilities**

As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

* Responding to internal and external customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via chat, email, or phone
* Managing client incidents and requests through to resolution
* Providing first-line diagnostic and troubleshooting support as well as technical expertise
* Driving customer adoption and support ad-hoc training
* Preparing FAQs, upgrade notes, articles in the Knowledge Base, and documenting support related to processes and activities

**What We're Looking For**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Proven ability to manage customer inquiries and provide solutions
* Availability and punctuality for scheduled work shifts
* Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
