Key Responsibilities

  • Provide impeccable customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Retrieve and verify the correct arrangement of products for customs clearance from databases, SOPs, duty books, web resources, or customs documentation
  • Perform data entry and processing of various import-related documentation for submission to US Customs, including PGA (Participating Government Agencies) documentation
  • Maintain and update all shipment documentation in compliance with record-keeping requirements, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Comply with all international importing and exporting regulations, staying up-to-date with changes and updates in the industry
  • Collaborate closely with internal staff, departments, other arenaflex operations, and clients to deliver an elevated level of service and support
  • Process organization financier shipments and handle remote filings as required
  • Ensure all service and organizational policies are followed, adhering to established procedures and guidelines

Essential Qualifications

  • High school certificate or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • No industry experience required, but a minimum of six months of work experience is highly desirable
  • Data entry/console experience required, with proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and office equipment (telephone, fax, scanner, printer, copier)
