**Key Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Customs Trade Coordinator – Remote Data Entry Position, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders
* Ensuring accurate and timely customs clearance and trade compliance for shipments
* Processing and managing import and export documentation, including customs forms, invoices, and certificates of origin
* Maintaining accurate records and reports, including shipment documentation and customs compliance data
* Collaborating with internal teams, clients, and government agencies to resolve customs-related issues and ensure compliance
* Processing and managing financial transactions, including payment and refund processing
* Staying up-to-date with changes in customs regulations and trade policies
* Performing other duties as assigned by management
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., international business, logistics, supply chain management)
* Minimum 6 months of work experience in customs trade or a related field (preferably in a data entry or administrative role)
* High School Diploma or equivalent (HS Certificate or GED)
* Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to handle high volumes of work and meet deadlines
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with customs trade software and systems (e.g., FedEx Trade Networks, UPS TradeAbility)
* Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures
* Familiarity with export and import documentation, including commercial invoices and certificates of origin
* Experience working with government agencies and customs brokers

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
