**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Process and manage customs clearance documentation, including import and export records, duty books, and other relevant documents
* Ensure accurate and timely processing of shipments, including organization and maintenance of shipment records and compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines
* Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and government agencies to facilitate customs clearance and resolve any issues that may arise
* Process and manage financial transactions, including payment and reconciliation of duties and taxes
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all shipments, including documentation and compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines
* Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including those related to customs clearance, trade compliance, and data security
* Perform other duties as assigned by management, including special projects and initiatives

**Essential Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as international trade, logistics, or business administration
* At least 6 months of experience in a related field, preferably in customs clearance, trade compliance, or logistics
* Strong knowledge of customs regulations, trade compliance, and logistics principles
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, internal teams, and government agencies
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and make sound decisions
* Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience with customs clearance software and systems, such as FedEx Trade Networks or similar
* Knowledge of international trade regulations, including those related to customs clearance, duty rates, and tax compliance
* Experience working with government agencies, including customs and border protection
* Strong knowledge of logistics and transportation principles, including freight forwarding and customs brokerage
* Experience with data entry and management systems, including spreadsheets and databases
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and make sound decisions
