About the Role

We're seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our automation initiatives, leveraging technologies like Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Business Process Management (BPM) to enhance our operations. Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering and Prioritization: Collect and document requirements for process automation solutions, manage intake, and prioritize projects based on business needs and ROI potential.
• Solution Oversight: Review potential automation solutions, provide recommendations, and manage the entire project lifecycle, including UAT coordination and user story creation.
• End-User Engagement: Design and deliver end-user training, ensuring successful adoption of automated processes, while consistently measuring and analyzing the impact of automation initiatives.
• Project Management: Oversee large-scale or multiple mid-sized projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery, while managing scope, risk, quality, coordination, procurement, HR, and communications.
• Team Building and Mentoring: Develop and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Proven experience in project management, including all aspects of scope, time, cost, risk, quality, coordination, procurement, HR, and communications.
• A strong track record of managing large-scale or multiple mid-sized projects, with a focus on process automation and business process optimization.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to build and mentor high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive data-driven decision-making.
