Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support over the phone, identifying and resolving their problems
  • Assist with questions related to customers' phones, tablets, and computers
  • Register customer inquiries to keep our systems updated
  • Work towards set goals that will help you develop professionally

Essential Qualifications

  • Speak and understand Danish
  • Reside in Denmark (note: you must work from your registered address in Denmark, not abroad)
  • Have a high level of English
  • Be interested in technology and not afraid to take on technical challenges
  • Know what good customer service is and be motivated to deliver it
  • Have a quiet workspace with a stable broadband connection

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Technical knowledge of phones, tablets, and computers
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
