Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support over the phone, identifying and resolving their problems
- Assist with questions related to customers' phones, tablets, and computers
- Register customer inquiries to keep our systems updated
- Work towards set goals that will help you develop professionally
Essential Qualifications
- Speak and understand Danish
- Reside in Denmark (note: you must work from your registered address in Denmark, not abroad)
- Have a high level of English
- Be interested in technology and not afraid to take on technical challenges
- Know what good customer service is and be motivated to deliver it
- Have a quiet workspace with a stable broadband connection
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Technical knowledge of phones, tablets, and computers
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
