**About the Role**

As an Experienced Data Analyst – Business Insights and Operations Support at blithequark, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and operational excellence through data-driven insights and analysis. Your expertise will help us make informed decisions, optimize processes, and improve customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Plan and execute cycles and arrangements related to various data sets used for information/text mining, and analysis to empower informed business decisions.
* Gain understanding into key business issues and expectations by applying statistical analysis procedures to inspect organized and unstructured data from multiple dissimilar sources.
* Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth and operational excellence.
* Utilize current and emerging technologies to assess trends and develop significant insights and recommendations to the management team.
* Regularly use data, statistical and quantitative analysis, constrained modeling, and fact-based management to drive navigation.
* Guide less-experienced staff and work in cross-functional projects and initiatives.
* Present findings and recommendations to the management team.

**Essential Qualifications:**

* Four-year degree in data systems, software engineering, or a quantitative discipline, such as science, engineering, operations research, finance, or economics.
* Five (3) years of work experience in estimation and analysis, quantitative business reasoning, operations research, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analysis.
* Proficient in analysis software and applications.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience or coursework with SAFE Spry.
* Experience with the following: requirements gathering; probability and statistics; TSQL/PLSQL; Python or R; mathematical analysis; clear data analysis.
