**Job Summary**

We are seeking an Experienced Data Analyst – Co-op, Crew Resources – Data Analyst to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with data-driven initiatives and automation projects aimed at improving Group Resources and Booking performance. You will work closely with our team to identify areas for improvement, develop solutions, and implement changes.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Assist with data analysis and automation projects to improve Group Resources and Booking performance
* Identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to reduce task completion time and increase efficiency
* Work closely with the team to implement changes and ensure successful project outcomes
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide data-driven insights
* Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
* Provide data analysis and insights to inform business decisions
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and automation

**What You'll Need to Succeed**

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. computer science, mathematics, statistics)
* Experience with SQL or data querying tools (e.g. ETL, data modeling)
* Proficiency in programming languages (e.g. Python, R, PowerShell)
* Knowledge of process improvement strategies and methodologies
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Strong organizational and time management skills
