**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team on a remote, part-time basis. As a Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to inform business decisions, developing and maintaining databases, and providing data-driven insights to support business growth. **Key Responsibilities**

* Analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform business decisions
* Develop and maintain databases to support business growth
* Provide data-driven insights to support business growth
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions
* Develop and maintain relationships with research partners and external vendors
* Prepare and present reports to stakeholders, including business leaders and external partners
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization

**Essential Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
* 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a business or entertainment industry setting
* Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to extract and join data from various sources
* Strong quantitative thinking and analytical skills
* Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create clear and concise visualizations

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience with data handling tools, such as SPSS, Q, or MarketSight
* Experience with survey tools, such as Translate, Qualtrics, or SurveyMonkey
* Experience working with large datasets and big data technologies, such as Snowflake, Databricks, or similar
* Knowledge of R, Python, SAS, STATA, or similar programming languages
* Postgraduate education in Statistical Analysis or Measurement
* Quantitative analysis background, either provider-side or client-side
* Experience with analyzing survey data to extract meaningful insights
* Experience with membership-based plans of action and procedures
