**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our High-Level Examination, Content Group. As a key member of our team, you'll apply advanced analytical techniques to drive business decisions and inform our content strategy. **Key Responsibilities**

* Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions
* Analyze client behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped client needs and untapped content opportunities
* Forecast content engagement to inform purchasing decisions
* Enhance our content launch and episode release strategy
* Test marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention
* Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and key navigation
* Provide specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth
* Effectively communicate significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization

**Essential Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
* At least 2 years of experience in data analysis
* Proficiency in SQL and experience in R or Python
* Experience in statistical analysis and AI techniques: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc.
* Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity in tackling complex problems
* Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication

**Good TO-HAVES**

* Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Math, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
* An enthusiasm for media and entertainment
