**Key Responsibilities**

As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects that will challenge your skills and ignite your passion for data analysis. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

* **Applying advanced analytical methods**: Use data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, and AI to drive business decisions and identify opportunities for growth.
* **Investigating client behavior**: Analyze client preferences, viewing patterns, and other data to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities.
* **Predicting content engagement**: Use data to anticipate content commitment and inform securing decisions.
* **Developing and refining content launch and episode release strategies**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize content delivery and maximize engagement.
* **Testing marketing strategies**: Analyze data to inform marketing decisions and improve content commitment and maintenance.
* **Ideating and developing new metrics and KPIs**: Create and implement new metrics to measure content performance and inform strategic decisions.
* **Providing specialized analysis support**: Collaborate with partners to drive business growth and inform strategic decisions.
* **Communicating insights effectively**: Present findings through compelling data storytelling across the organization.

**Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* **Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field**: A strong foundation in mathematical and statistical principles is essential for this role.
* **At least 3 years of experience in data analysis**: Proven experience in data analysis, including experience with SQL, R, or Python.
* **Experience with statistical analysis and AI procedures**: Familiarity with techniques such as choice trees, regression, clustering, and more.
* **Ability to work independently and apply creativity**: A self-motivated individual with a passion for problem-solving and a willingness to think outside the box.
