**Job Summary**

We're looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our High-Level Investigation, Content Group. As a Data Analyst, you'll apply advanced analytical methods to drive business decisions, investigate client behavior, and anticipate content engagement. You'll work closely with our content team to develop and implement data-driven strategies, and collaborate with stakeholders to communicate insights and recommendations.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Apply advanced investigation methods (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) on large-scale, high-dimensional data to drive business decisions
* Investigate client behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities
* Anticipate content engagement to inform securing decisions and optimize content delivery
* Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve content commitment and maintenance
* Test marketing methodologies to optimize engagement and retention
* Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical direction
* Provide specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth
* Effectively communicate insights and recommendations through compelling data storytelling across the organization

**Essential Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field
* At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in statistical analysis and AI procedures
* Proficiency in SQL and experience in R or Python
* Experience in data visualization and communication, with a strong understanding of data storytelling principles
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and apply creativity to complex problems

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field
* Experience in media and entertainment, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
