**Key Responsibilities**

As a Data Analyst at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

* **Apply Advanced Analytical Methods**: Utilize data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, and AI techniques to extract insights from large-scale, high-dimensional data sets and inform business decisions.
* **Investigate Client Behavior**: Analyze client preferences, viewing patterns, and other behavioral data to identify untapped client needs and untapped content opportunities.
* **Predict Content Engagement**: Develop predictive models to forecast content engagement and inform acquisition decisions.
* **Optimize Content Launch and Episode Release Strategies**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven content launch and episode release strategies.
* **Test Marketing Strategies**: Design and execute experiments to measure the impact of marketing campaigns on engagement and retention.
* **Develop New Metrics and KPIs**: Design and implement new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance and inform strategic and operational decision-making.
* **Provide Ad-Hoc Analysis Support**: Provide specialized analysis support to partners across the organization to drive business growth.
* **Communicate Insights Effectively**: Present complex data insights in a clear, compelling, and visual manner to stakeholders across the organization.

**Essential Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* **Bachelor's Degree in Math, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field**: A strong foundation in mathematical and statistical principles, as well as programming skills.
* **At Least 3 Years of Data Analysis Experience**: Proven experience in data analysis, data visualization, and statistical modeling.
* **Proficiency in SQL and Experience in R or Python**: Strong programming skills in SQL, R, or Python, with experience in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
* **Experience in Statistical Analysis and AI Techniques**: Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques, such as regression, clustering, and decision trees, as well as AI techniques, such as machine learning and deep learning.
* **Strong Communication and Presentation Skills**: Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

* **Master's Degree in Data Science, Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field**: Advanced education in data science, math, statistics, or computer science.
* **Experience in Media and Entertainment**: Familiarity with the media and entertainment industry, including content creation, distribution, and consumption.
