**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Data Analyst & Online Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Developing and maintaining coverage to support business procedures and data-driven decision-making
* Creating and executing ad-hoc coverage to address business needs and drive growth
* Collaborating with Monitoring and Business Analysts to understand business requirements, maintain accurate records, and obtain business sign-offs
* Designing and implementing scalable data pipelines and data architecture
* Utilizing data storytelling principles to create clear and impactful data visualizations using Power BI
* Automating existing business processes and enhancing exception-based reporting
* Partnering with IT and business stakeholders to discover, analyze, and integrate new data sources
* Evaluating large datasets to identify relevant patterns and drive actionable insights
* Validating data for accuracy and resolving discrepancies
* Researching and remediating data errors
* Participating in the Data Governance program by updating the data dictionary and plan & methods
* Examining and validating metrics to ensure effectiveness and providing recommendations to team leaders
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 2+ years of experience in comprehensive data analysis
* Strong experience working with Power BI, including:
+ Dimensions, Solutions, Filters, Computed Fields, and Parameters
+ DAX queries, Interactions, and Conditional Formatting
* Knowledge of DAX, SQL, and M Code
* Experience with ETL tools such as SSIS, Power BI Dataflows, or other Big Data integrations
* Strong data modeling experience using star schema or other procedures
* Problem-solving skills with statistical analysis and large data sets
* Experience with SSMS (SQL Server Management Studio), Power BI, and Power Query
* Familiarity with Smartsheets
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with statistical analysis and data visualization tools
* Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices
* Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and services
* Experience with agile project management methodologies
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
