**Key Responsibilities**

* Perform operational reporting, ad-hoc business analyses, and suitable modeling to drive business growth and improvement
* Develop assessment frameworks for the organization to invest in various continuous development initiatives
* Contribute to business decisions by presenting insightful analysis and methodical attention to the end-to-end impact on systems, equipment, and ongoing support requirements
* Identify opportunities and drive automation in current support processes

**Essential Qualifications**
