**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team in Nevada, USA. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing actionable insights to inform business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Perform operational reporting, ad-hoc business analyses, and suitable modeling to provide insights and recommendations to senior management
* Develop assessment frameworks for the community to inform investment decisions on continuous improvement initiatives
* Contribute to business decisions by presenting insightful analysis and methodical attention to the end-to-end impact of systems, equipment, and ongoing support requirements
* Identify opportunities and drive automation in current support processes
* Develop ad-hoc business analysis and present findings to senior management on strategic decisions and future initiatives
* Facilitate business evaluations with data analysis and follow-through with business leaders on actionable items

**Essential Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, or business administration)
* Advanced understanding of Excel, including data analysis, visualization, and manipulation
* Advanced analytical skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly changing environment
* Expertise in SQL/Quicksight (or equivalent Amazon relevant data sources)
