**Job Responsibilities**

As a Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for:

* Working with large, messy, disparate datasets to perform ad-hoc analyses and inform business decisions
* Creating ETLs or strategies to pull data from multiple sources and centralize it in a single table
* Developing data visualizations to display and quantify the impact of changes and specific business challenges
* Engaging with team members and cross-functional groups to establish credibility and analyze stakeholder needs
* Leveraging scripting languages (Python preferred) to automate tasks for reporting, such as screenshots, metrics prioritization, and outlier recognition
* Documenting your approaches and sharing your expertise with colleagues, as well as mentoring them as you become a Subject Matter Expert

**Key Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* Excellent SQL skills, with the ability to govern data from multiple tables while maintaining data integrity (2-4 years of experience)
* Creativity with a user experience basis to develop impactful Tableau dashboards (1-2 years of experience)
* Business operations fluency, with the ability to recognize and root out business problems (Supply Chain background with transportation experience a plus)
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics)

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, advanced experience with SQL and Tableau, as well as experience with e-commerce operations or parcel service operations, would be a significant asset. Additionally, experience with Python or other scripting languages, as well as data manipulation tools like Knime, Alteryx, R, Tableau Prep, etc., would be highly valued.
