**Job Summary**

As a Data Entry Administrator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for facilitating access requests, reviewing and processing tickets, and providing top-notch customer service. You'll work closely with our IT team to ensure seamless access to our systems and applications. **Key Responsibilities**

* Assist in the facilitation of access requests, ensuring timely and accurate processing
* Review and process tickets efficiently, adhering to Standard Works, Standard Operating Procedures, and Work Instructions
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless access to our systems and applications
* Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with arenaflex's data management policies
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our IT environment, including Active Directory
* Participate in process improvements and contribute to the development of new procedures and guidelines

**Essential Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, business administration) preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in a data entry or administrative role, preferably in an IT environment
* Excellent computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Strong typing skills (minimum 40 wpm) and attention to detail
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience with Active Directory and other IT systems
* Familiarity with data management policies and procedures
* Certification in data entry or a related field (e.g., CompTIA A+)
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
