About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Agent to join our team in a remote capacity. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update teacher pension data into the company's database, ensuring all information is current and correct.
- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or errors.
- Maintain and update existing data records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Generate and distribute reports as required by management, providing insights and trends to inform business decisions.
- Ensure all data processing activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations, maintaining the highest level of data integrity and security.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve any data discrepancies, providing excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain thorough documentation of all data processing activities, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data management or related fields are a plus.
- Previous experience in data entry or data processing is preferred, but not required; we offer comprehensive training to ensure your success.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; familiarity with database management systems is an asset.
